We are looking for an outstanding property compliance leader to join us at a time of change for Paradigm. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Our Assistant Director - Compliance Delivery is accountable for delivering robust and fully auditable property compliance servicing, inspection and upgrade regimes across all Paradigm owned/managed assets and equipment. They ensure Paradigm meets all statutory and best practice policy requirements, working collaboratively with the wider Property and Customer functions. The AD - Compliance Delivery is responsibility for the creation of, annual review of, and operational management of PHG’s property compliance policies, strategies, and procedures and ensuring that they are aligned to PHG’s business plan whilst delivering a safe, customer focussed, value for money service.

Being accountable for the provision and ongoing monitoring of Building Safety Cases including investigation, works delivery and liaison with Development in regards building latent defects claims and rectification, this is a critical and high profile role, reporting to the Executive Director - Property and regularly engaging with our Exec, Committees, Board and regulatory bodies.
